Recipes center around sustainable ingredients – local, seasonal, artisan, farm-fresh or organic foods prepared in my “fresh and healthy” style with many gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan dishes. Lively discussions learning about freshness and health benefits of ingredients, cooking techniques, etc. Recipe booklet included AND a follow-up free call to get you started cooking and eating more fresh, healthy and delicious!

Fall Harvest Farmer Market Entertaining

From appetizer to dessert, we’ll cook up a “fresh, healthy and sustainable” buffet with the bounty of the fall harvest featuring butternut squash, brussell sprouts, pumpkin, apples, pears and more. Great ideas for your Thanksgiving feast!
